Sponsorship Information & Current Sponsors - Northeast Youth Basketball League (NYBL)

Picture your child playing basketball for 8 weeks with some of the best coaches and some of the best talent in Columbia. When you hear the sounds of the kids playing, the crowd rooting the kids on, and your child enjoying play with the other kids, what do you feel? What is important about that for you? Last question - what would it mean to you to have that for FREE? With that in mind, here is your opportunity to make that happen with no out of pocket expense. When you approach a family member or a business with the opportunity to sponsor your child's team, you begin to move in that direction. (Parent-sponsorship Letter)

In the past, sponsorships were $250 and the economy's crunch on businesses hampers their willingness to give that much - much the same way we try to hold on to our cash as much as possible as well! So we have added to our sponsorship a $50 level!

So, here is the breakdown:

1 Sponsor at $50:           $50 ($25 savings for you!)
2 Sponsors at $50 each: $0! ($75 savings for you!)
1 Sponsor at $100:         $0! ($75 savings for you!)

Now, we have to cover the rules for doing this, so here goes:
All sponsors must send/give funds directly to an NYBL board member via mail or direct contact unless it is in the form of a business check or money order. Cash will only be accepted from a representative of the business other than the parent.

You can use the letter below to initiate contact with the businesses. NYBL is only responsible for the letter in its current form including style and language. Alterations of the letter must be approved by a board member prior to distribution. Liability for misrepresentation will be attributed to the party initiating the misrepresentation.
